I booked my flight ticket on 6 Feb 2022 from travolook but soon after completing the transaction I received an email saying that the ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration and the money will be refunded back in 7-10 days, i waited for 10 days and tried calling them couple but call was not connecting and then I called them up on 20 Feb it had been 14 days since the transaction and finally my call connected and they gave me some BS reason and said the money will be refunded in next seven days, today is 3 March and I haven’t received the refund yet.
