I had booked tickets with travolook from Bangalore to port Blair . The flight was cancelled by the airline go air and the amount has been refunded by them and the transaction receipt was also provided.
The travel agency is not refunding back the money and just keeps asking us to send multiple emails and fake promises of 48 hours timeline for refund. Please find attached the proof from the airline that they have received the money back .
