- Travolook not refunding the amount for flight from delhi to shrinagar and a flight from lah to delhi, booking in the month of april wherein i directly check from spicejet nd they had given me a email confirmation that amount is refunded to agency nd its been more than a month i am waiting for the refund they keep saying wait for 10-15 working days please suggest the way out they are not ready to refund the amount
