On 26th May 2022 at 1003 Hrs from Oman I book a single way ticket for my friend Kolkata (CCU) to Oman (MCT) Travel Date: 31st May 2022. Payment was successful Rs. 12,918 via internet banking. Reference No. : REF569829349. At 1020 Hrs I receive an email stating ” Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at 0124-643-4800 or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed. ” But my payment was processed by the website. I sent several emails to their customer care but emails bounced back email id not valid. As I am in Oman I cannot even contact their Toll Free Number. My wife from Kolkata contacted the customer care first of all she has to wait over 15 minutes to speak to customer care and enquire about the refund and each time they say refund will be done in 10 working days. Today is 28th June 2022 over a month and now when my wife calls them, they ask my wife to wait then disconnect the call on her face. I hope to get justice from here.
