PNR no L96BQH, booked through travolook. Cancelled ticket on 4th October, Airlines refund full amount on same date. Till now customer service executives of Travolook not refunding my money and saying there is no refund from airlines. Where as I have attached proof of refund from airlines.
Please help me to get the refund immediately
