i booked ticket 1 month ago from travolook but amount deducted and ticket not generated , after 2 min i got call from travolook , said by them to pay 500 more to generate PNR or get total amount , i said, if possible conform this ticket in same amount or refund my amount. he not agree and he said u will get amount within 24 hr. but it complete 1 month they not pay any amount to me.
