I booked a flight from company called travolook via online portal on 2nd dec 2022 and soon after the payment is completed I got an email stating that my ticket got auto cancelled due to some operational issues( can check the entire email in an attachment pdf) and I will be getting the refund in 10-12 working days but it has been almost 50days and I am yet to receive the refund from the Company.
I feel mentally harassed by getting the same response and wasting my time Calling there customer care where I would get the same response that within 1 day or 2 days your refund will reflect in your account but it never happens.
