I had placed an order at Travolook on July 7th. Reference number : REF066482495
However after the money was deducted, I got a call saying that the booking was cancelled and refund would be initial in 24 hours. It has been 25 days and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the refund.
I have sent over 10 emails and called there customer care service 5 times. Every time the reply I get is that the team is working on it OR that it will be refunded in 5-7 working days , but the refund never comes. Nor are they ready to give any proof that they have initiated a transaction from their side.
