I had placed an order at travolook on July 7th – REF066482495. However after the money was deducted, I got a call saying that the booking was cancelled and refund would be initial in 24 hours. It has been 21 days and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the refund.
I have sent over 5 emails and called customer care 3 times times already. Every time they ask me to wait 5-7 more days.
