I booked a flight on 12 march 2021which costs 13,698 reference no 543030067. But an agent from travolook called me and said that you have to pay extra 3,000 to book this flight or cancell the booking then you will get full refund within 10-15 minutes but till now i did’t get it i called to costumer support team of travolook then they said it will take 12-15 days but even after that i didn’t get any refund , i called again to travolook costumer support team after 18 days then they said it will take 12-15 days more but till now i did’t get any refund. Now they are saying to be patience.
