Air India kochi to banglore booked on Feb 8th, Rs 2487
3 weeks since travolook cancelled the ticket and promised a refund, I haven’t received it yet. I can read many negative reviews and it seems this is a usual game played with many. People are chasing them for months to get a refund it seems. This is pathetic. It’s their responsibility to refund then and there it the booking is cancelled from their end. Even small vendors, some 100 bucks d2h recharge gets refunded then and there if it’s not successful. Here amount is in 1000s.!!
It’s the hard earned money of individuals that they are holding with no reason. An action should be taken against this company.
