Dear Sir/Madam i want to register a complaint against Travolook they are not refunding my amount almost 1 month has gone they only give excuses i have book my ticket 1 month ago after that the ticket has been cancelled by Travolook they send me a link and say you have to pay more money for this ticket when i deny they deduct one thousand rupees without any issuance of PNR how can they deduct and also they do not initiate remaining money please solve my problems they are just looting people’s if any innocent person book the ticket on his portal he/she can’t do anything please solve our problems that will be your most kindness
