Hi,
This company Travolook.in is an absolute fraud. They provide lower airfares on their web, promote the website through ads and upon booking, call and say that fares have been increased by the airline so they’ll have to cancel and give refund. Then voila! No refund until the point of harassment. They have cheated of 18,950 rupees. Upon multiple follow-ups with their customer executives, they keep giving replies that transaction is going to take place in 3-5 days and it has been more than 25 days now. I am extremely dismayed as this was my hard earned money which they are refusing to give.
This site has been in existence for more than 3 years now and a lot of people are facing problems with them. I am very upset at this point. Kindly help me. My ref no with them is REF156970799 and I am not getting any replies from them on mails/social channels.
