I have booked a flight on 04th of December 2021 from Varanasi to Goa (Reference Number:REF684828071) and Goa to Varanasi (Reference Number:REF875956671) which was cancelled by me on 27march, and I was told that my refund will be initiated within 21 working days. But I have not received my money yet. I have talk to their costumer care representatives and wrote them many emails and acknowledge them with this issue but it has been more than 35days yet I am unable to get my money back.
