I made a booking on 13 July 2022 for 2nd August 2022 Mumbai to Kolkata flight
I paid full amount of rupees 5092 then they cancel my booking.They assured me via email that they will refund my money within 10 to 15 days. Till now I didn’t got my refund. I called them many time and every time I called they said this week i will get my money back but I’m not got my money yet.I have all the call record. On 27th December I submitted few documents what they asked for like cancel cheque, my passport so they can do online transfer
But nothing…Today (30/01/2023)when I called them they again said by coming Wednesday I will get my money but very much sure that I will not.
