I have booked a flight from lucknow to bhubneswar. But I didn’t received any reference id number in my email ID yet. And after some time I received a mail regarding failed payment and after 5 minutes of failed payment again I received successful payment of rs. 2452 . I can not understand whether my booking is confirmed or cancelled. Please help me
