I booked my flight tickets for the 13th of June from Delhi to Mumbai via Travolook. However, the flight ticket wasn’t booked and my money was deducted, I got a call from travolook stating that I should book again in sometime and that the money deducted would be refunded in 3-5 working days. I agreed and booked another one, the same thing happened and I booked another one. Eventually my flight tickets were booked and I flew back. Now there was a total refund of Rs. 17,877. It had been Approx 2 weeks and my money wasn’t refunded so I called the customer care, they said that there the money transfer had already been initiated and that the money should reflect in my account any day. When that also didn’t happen I wrote a mail asking for the transaction details. The reply to the mail states that the money would be refunded in 10-15 working days. I waited but to no avail, I followed up too many times after that and also wrote some more mails, after escalating it I get to know that there was an issue with the merchant. By this time it had already been 2 months since my refund was stuck. Last I spoke to them they said that it shouldn’t take anymore time than 2-3 days. It’s been more than that and my money has not been refunded. I would like to file a complaint against them for mental torture and for the money that was stuck due to which I have suffered a loss. The customer care executives would hang up on my face and what not. It is my humble request to take strict action against this company, it’s not just me but there are others as well who have been scammed by Travolook
