I booked flight from Hyderabad to Goa on 17th Nov 2021 for the travel date of 18th Nov early morning through travel look website after few mins I got the message that my booking got cancelled. For the same when I called Customer care they replied I will get refund in 5 to 7 working days. But until now I did received my refund amount of 6073 INR. I called multiple times the response is very bad and now they are not lifting my call. I sent mail to Travel look customer care but no response. Could you please help me to get my money 6073 rs back. I am also attaching the travel look booking cancelled screenshot.
