I have booked flight via Travlook for 4.9k on Aug 30 but due to some issue at their end, they cancelled the flight. They did mention that i will receive my refund in next 7 to 10 working days but its been over 40 days and no is letting me know when will i get the refund.
No response to my emails and on calling them, they inform it will take 2-3 working days more and its still not refunded.
I urge u to look into this matter and file a complaint against the company.
