I have book flight tickets on May 15 2022. The tickets got automatically cancelled as PNR was not generated. Travolook people said that the refund amount will be debited within 15 working days. But it is almost 11months now, I still did not receive refund amount even after calling to customer care for the more than 100 times amd dtopping almost more than 50 mails.
