I was booking a flight ticket for 2 person from Ranchi to Hydrabad by which 11878Rs has been debited at that time, after 30 min a message come in which shows your ticket didn’t book due to server problem and your money will be refund with in 10 days,
Even I am calling every 5 day interval they telling me your money will be refund,
So please help me for refund it, I don’t have money & my financial condition is not good, if my money will not refund within 5 day i will sucide with complaining note against travolook,
So plz help.
I had booked Air Ticket Through Travlook online fort MUM-JP on 27.11.21. Th Booking ID 196891229
after deduct the payment from my bank they send mail and SMS that bokking stand cancelled.
Even many follow up over mail and personally on Customer care inspite of various promisses till date after spent of Four month my booking amount not credit back in my bank.
Please look into matter and get resolved at earliest.
