Travolook.in has cheated us of Rs 2,627. First they showed us a low price of the ticket of Rs 2,627 from Mumbai to Banglore and later we realized that it was a trap. As soon the amount got debited from my bank, they asked us to pay more money. After this we cancelled the journey and it has been since 3 months that I have not got my money back. The booking was done in December 2020 and now it is March 2021. They have stopped responding. Please help me get my money back. The reference number of my booking is REF011719660
