I made flight books from Delhi to Hyderabad on 8th November 2021, through travolook website and the bookings were canceled from Travelook end. I have been calling and raising requests for refunds for the 30 days, but the travolook customers are coming up with new reasons for and asking to wait for the next 7 days whenever I’m calling.
Today I made 2 calls again and the customer care people were not responsive and hung up my call during the conversation.
Now, one of your people is saying that you have an issue with your merchant for a refund and another person is saying that you have an issue with my account for refund, and again asking for more 7 days.
