I have booked a ticket from Kolkata to Jammu on 21.08. 2022, in the name of Santanu Biswas @ the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked, and reference number is REF614732328 amount was deducted Rs. 6882/- and after 10 mins they gave a call and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund is initiated. but till date they have not refunded the amount. Since it is already 15 Days, whenever I call customer care they will say 7 working days we will refund the amount to my wallet account,but there is no refund till date. Please arrange to amount refund to my bank account.
Please advice us how to contact this consumer court further , so many are in loss of money because of this travolook website. sir, please close this website and punish them in court of law

No you will not get the refund…. for so many people it has happened , so see the comment in Bharathi Comments it may help u
