did a air ticket booking with Travolook on 22nd august which was cancelled just within 2 mins after booking by Travolook saying fare expired. They sent me an automated email saying money will get refunded back to my ac. But read hundreds of such complaint on net about fraud of this company. customer service executives are only telling to wait and wait further, not replying properly and also not replying back through mail. Its look like a trap and they are not willing to give my money back. Need help.
The amount during was credited to the ac of ” wing in travel advisory”…not to the name of travollok.
