I have booked an Air ticket from Travolook site from Chennai to Delhi on 30th August’21 through the website for my colleague, He was in urgent need of a funeral at Kichha Uttarakhand. after filling all details and payment (7318-rupees) site asked to wait for 30-minutes to confirm ticket but after Approx 2-hours got a mail that ticket not booked, and your payment will be credited into your account within 10-15 working days.
From then i am calling on customer support No – 0124-643-4800 and mailing on support@travolook.in but every time getting same reply that your payment will be credited within 7-days, even not getting reply on mail , when trying to call and wasting time getting same answer, till discussed with customer care 7-times and uncounted mail forwarded to get my amount back but not successful.
So after seeing this type of response from Travolook agency, requesting you to take necessary action and help me to get my payment back. This site is deceiving to Indian people and lots of the same case read in blogs and google sites which are indicating as they are doing fraud.
