I booked a flight ticket from delhi to heydrabad round trip but after 10 mint a received a mail that your ticket cancelled due to some software issue and my amount not refund after that i call and mail so many time but every time i received same reply that your amount initiated and you will received it with 5 to 7 working days but from last 04 months i not received any refund or solution its a fully fraud site and very bad workers that was fraud with so many people and take money from them and not refund so i request that no body not book any ticket from this fraud site and govt should take some strong action against this site
