Text of Complaint by Abhishek Pardesi:

I was booking the flight from Bombay to Srinagar on 12th July 2022. The booking was cancelled from travolook’s side and my money was debited from my credit card amounting to INR 7,750. I got a call from them and they said money will be refunded to source. I followed up a week later and they said as per their policy it takes 10-15 working days. The 15th working from 12th July 2022 comes to 02nd August 2022. Upon following up with their customer care executive thlhey just keeps on delaying days and it’s been over a month now.

-PS This is my 2nd time posting complaint on this portal hope you take action.

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
