i had booked flight by using travolook website from Ahmedabad to Delhi for journey dated 06.09.2021. but ticket not booked and amount deducted from my bank account. i have talked to customer care of travolook they told me amount will be refund in 10 working day but till now dated 30.10.2021 amount not received. My booking reference no is for travolook is REF323332306. After 10 working days I have called many time to customer care of travolook they always saying money will refund in 24 hours or 1-2 days but money not refunded till now.
