I have done booking using TRAVOLOOK.IN with booking reference number:REF670706553 on 26th July 2022 from Bangalore to Kanpur.
PNR was not generated but amount deducted from my account.
Now they are not refunding my amount since 28th July I am chasing them but they say there is issue from merchnat bank and we will initiate the refund as soon as possible and you will get amount in 5-7 working days.But I ahve not received anything as on date that is 26th Aug 2022.Its 1 month now and they have not refunded my amount.It is a fraud website.sir please punish them and close their website so that nobody suffers in future.They are fraud and fooling thier customers.
