I had booked a ticket on 27th january 2021 from Mumbai to Mangalore and Mangalore to Mumbai return flight my reference number number is REF790127817. Immediately after my booking i got a call saying due to fare expiration you have to pay 1200 rs more for confirming the tickets. I said why should i pay this amount. Then they told I wont pay they will refund me my amount of Rs6011 within 15 working days. After 15 days i called them they told sir it was put on automated refund but it got canceled due to technical issue they told you will be getting it with 10 days they are processing it again. On 26 feb I again called them and told i have still not received my refund they told till 3 march i have to wait. Again i called them yesterday 3 March 2021 they told they had given 10 working days time from 25th feb 2021. What about the previous days and its been almost 1 month and above still no refund. There are many people who loosed their money i have made a data of those people still they havent received their refund. Please be aware of such fraudsters. Spicejet confirmed that travolook is booking the tickets through makemytrip and makemytrip is a genuine company but travolook is totally fraud
