Dear sir,
on 19th july i have booked flight ticket from delhi to kolkata via travolook.in REFERENCE ID-REF894635633 after deduct rs 3843 from my account within 5 min customer care told me that my booking is cancel due to pnr not generated when i asked when my money will be refunded they told me it will be refunded with in 5-7 working days after 20 days passed but amount not credited in my account.
i called you customer care so many times but all times customer care told me your money will b e refunded in 2 days.
please sort out this issue immediately.
