Recently I have faced a fraud from the a website travelook.in , where I had done a transaction based on NEFT transfer for booking Blr – kol flight , which got canceled and the REF190758867 ( 26th Dec 2021)
It has been almost 1 month and they are not refunding the money . The customer service keep telling that they wil refund by Monday , but they never do it
Please help me in getting back my money .
