Something’s we don’t notice while getting into a trap.
Understand how the process is:
There is no login necessary which is dubious for any good website.
They prices are not surprisingly low, only a minor difference, which makes us believe on them and that is the catch.
Once the payment is processed, the first email you will get is of wait your tickets are not confirm and under process and will get a confirmation in 30 minutes from the airlines, this is when I started doubting.
In just 30 minutes sharp, they will drop another mail that the tickets are cancelled and the refund will happen in 7-10 days.
Now, this does not end here, they will call and inform you that the ticket has not been booked and they will tell us to please book another ticket from us as this was declined. WOW!
I was already fooled and did not want to fall again, I asked them to rebook a ticket and share deduct from the amount that they have, to which they said they cannot.
I after reading reviews on the company and understanding that they are cheating people. called their so called “TRAVEL EXPERTS” and asked then why was my ticket cancelled, they said the airlines asked for higher ticket fare which I found highly unbelievable and in that case how come your website accepted my payment? and I was also looking at other travel websites and they had similar prices hardly 1000 rs difference. This guy on the call told me sir, if the price difference asked by the airline was 500-1000 rs we pay it from our end, but it was too high.
I have dropped an email and now they have responded they will refund within 10-15 days, is it what 1980’s a refund takes 15 days?
I have contacts at Consumer forum and have people who can take this website to the courts! I will wait until one more week and if refund is not done of my hard earned money, I will take them to the cleaners for sure.
Also readers, please report them with google as they are on the top of google as per their SEO and we need to make sure they are taken down before many more such people are looted.
