Hi,

I had tried to book my air ticket from Pune to delhi on 16th march- REF550233594, the transaction failed, still the money got deducted, since then I am trying to get my money back using email and call support.

But these fraudsters only ask to wait for 5-7 days and never give a deadline or tat.

After every 5-7 days when I email, they do not respond and on the call support they do not have any satisfactory answers.

Please help me get my money back.
