I booked Airlines Tickets From mumbai To kolkata Through Travolook.in,for 01 passengers spicejet airlines, without intimation they cancelled our ticket,I got a message from travel look ,I.e your tickets are cancelled.Then I called a Travolook.in,they said ticket cancelled from spicejet airlines,then I called to spice jet airlines they said they got a connfirmation from Travolook to cancelled tickets. what is going on i dont know , may be Travolook.in collect money and canceled the ticket and use my money for 15 days . why government not take any action againts travolook.in.
