Text of Complaint by Abhishek Pardesi:

I booked my flight ticket on 12th July,2022 from Travolook.in for BOM to SXR. The payment was debited and later I got a call from Travolook due to some operational reasons the booking was cancelled and refund amount will be initiated soon. When I inquired a week later they mailed me that as per their refund policy the refund will be credited to the source in 10-15 working days. 2nd August, 2022 was T+15 working days. Post that whenever I call them they give me some different reasons for the delay and whenever I ask them to provide a mail confirmation, twice the customer care executive said that I’ll receive a mail within 24 hours but that didn’t happen. On 4th August, 2022 the executive is giving an excuse that system is under maintenance and will be till this weekend which seems kind of far fetch. They are not even compliant to there own policies.
