I have book the flight from Hyderabad to Delhi on June19 .they have canceled due to the technical reasons they have told the refund will be initiated in 7 working days but it is almost 2 months no refunds. tried to call agent multiple time but not initiating the amount .
Kindly ask Travelook agent to refund my amount please
I have booked air tickets through Travolook on 10 June 2022 for Delhi to Pune (To and Fro). Amount is detected from my account but immediately the booking is cancelled from your side. Please refer to the email below.
I have been conveyed that your full amount will be returned within 10 working days.
After that I am continuously following up through email and customer care number till today, but I didn’t receive the amount and I didn’t get any communication from travolook for this reason.
During this electronic transaction why this much time is required ,because after more than 3 months of cancellation of booking still I didn’t get my money.
