Dear sir/ Madam
I was booking an online ticket from Kochi to Hyderabad (COK TO HYD) on 10 December 2021 in travolook.in, I filled in all the necessary details required and got a reference ID of REF272069110, I also made an online payment of rupees 4444/- I lost all of these amounts in the process, later I found it that it was a fake and fraudulent website and similar incidences have taken place with many people. I please request you to help me retrieve my sum and also make sure that such fraudulent websites are blocked by the authorities.
