HI,
I had booked a flight from travolook.in more than a month ago. The amount from my bank account got deducted but never got the ticket confirmation from them. After a while when I checked my status it showed me as cancelled. But I didn’t got any refund from them. I made them 20 + calls but they say Monday Wednesday 5-6 days. But still I have not received my money. It’s not just me but many people has also faced the problem.
They are making fool of their customers. Please do something about this.
Everyone needs their refund and let the person be sued whoever is doing this.
