I have book a flight ticket on 4th Dec-2021 for travelling 19/12/21 from Jodhpur to Trivandrum. After 30 minutes I received a mail from Travolook saying that your booking is cancelled with reference No REF500423887 being the amount Rs.12194/-. But still after so many repeated call & mails to customer care, customer care replying that the said amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 days. But still the said amount is not refunded.
