I had a booked a ticket on 13th Dec 2021,they informed via mail that the ticket was in processing. After 30mins the mail was arrived that my reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason and that a refund will be provided post 7-10 working days. After too many follow ups regarding about this refund ,they said the amount will be initiated within in 7-10 working days till now amount was not credited.
