I have cancelled one pax from the ticket through GoAir call centre directly . The amount refunded back to Travolook from Go Air is as mentioned below :
- BOM- VTZ :25TH MAY – Rs 4348
- VTZ-BOM: 27th May – Rs 4596
The same has been communicated to them through email .But till date they have not refunded back .
Last communication from Travolook is given below and it is more than 15 days from cancellation :
