Dear sir/madam,
I need your help in this regard:- I had tried to book the flight (for my wife to travel from Patna to Bangalore )online through Travolook (site-https://www.travolook.in/Common/DashBoard) on 06th march 2022. My money had got deducted but ticket booking had not been confirmed. Then I called on Travolook customer care and asked about refund- they said it will be refunded to my source of payment within 5 to 7 working days. But till date I have not got my money refunded back.
I have called them numerous time and every time customer care says that I will receive in another 5 to 7 days citing silly reason for delay. Today when I talked to customer care – I understood they are I no mood to refund my money. I am really exhausted now with the behavior of travel look. Kindly help.
