I booked my ticket from Bangalore to Pune on 17 Nov 2021. After the amount was deducted I did not get my ticket. Having called the customer care they said the ticket was not booked and canceled although the first email said Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref : REF158570103. I get another email stating Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF158570103. And since 17 November 2021 till today neither I get a response to my email query from customer support email ID nor from the customer care. It looks like many have faced this issue.
