I had booked 2 tickets on 1st oct 2021 and 3rd oct 2021 respectively and both tickets got cancelled. I got a call after the cancellation and it was mentioned that I will receive the refund amount within 7-10 working days. Its been more than a month and the refund has not been initiated till now. I tried calling to customer care and the only thing they say is they are looking into the issue and they have forwarded to request to check why the refund has not been initiated but when asked for the complain or request number they don’t provide it.
