I booked 2 tickets from mumbai to jaipur on 11 july 2022 and an amount of 11616rs was deducted from the credit card but the tickets were cancelled and still unable to get the refund. The reference number is REF963010480. I wrote unlimited mails and called the consumer number several times but they are only fooling me with same fake reason that the refund will reflect in your account by 7 working days or end of day. Still not received any kind of refund. Kindly help me out to get the refund. Amount is huge and kindly help
