Hello,

I booked ticket from travolook website on 29th december 2020 and booking got cancelled due to fare increased and my account got debited with 8521 Rs.

I got an email from travolook about cancellation and they stated that it will get refund in 15 days working days but now it has been 1 month still I haven’t got single penny refunded from travolook.

Customer care just say it will get refunded.
