I booked flight on 1/1/2021 from Bengaluru to Jabalpur (date of travel – 2/1/2021) reference no.- REF822838552 but Travolook didn’t confirm the ticket and told me that they are cancelling the ticket from backend as the Airline has increased the fair and your money will be refunded in next 15-20 days. This is total fraud as I don’t see any cancelled booking in my account that I created on their website www.travolook.in
