I booked a flight through Travallok.in and the flight got cancelled one day prior to travel. The airlines clearly communicated that it was their fault and they are processing a full refund. When I called Travolook to confirm the same, they mentioned they will charge INR 1200 per passenger as cancellation charge. I can understand not refunding the convenience fee, but charging a cancellation charge over and above that, especially when the airline is giving a full refund is a clear fraud.
